How do decking tiles work?

Decking tiles are a DIY product that lock
securely into place over any outdoor surface.  
They were originally designed for EPDM
membrane liners found on most roof decks.  
They do not and will not damage this type of
surface but rather protect it from exposure
and impact damage over time.  Umbrella
stands, heavy furniture can now be used in
areas that were in the past to fragile.

Decking tiles come in several types of
hardwoods all of which are extremely
resistant to cracking, splitting and rot.  Deck
tiles will not experience any wood checking
(twisting). The wood slats are short enough to
avoid this typical issue that is experienced
with long plank hardwood decking. However
some manufacturers use softer woods which
are not dense enough to endure outdoor
environments.  These are just a few of the
great advantages we have over traditional
deck building.

purchased from land owners that practice
sustainable forestry. This means the wood
used is certified and not illegally harvested and
sold. Our products support  sustainable
practices and programs promote forest
regrowth and create a monetary need to protect
the forests from clear cutting which is done
