We ship all of our items either UPS ground or through our freight carriers we work with. Delivery times are normally 7-10 days from the time of purchase. If one or more of our products is out of stock lead times can be longer. Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Canada and Hawaii. Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your product. If you would like to return the items please be aware we charge a 35% re-stocking fee which covers our shipping and handling to you. It is your responsibility to send the product back to us.
