No wood is better suited for moist conditions than teak, used for
centuries to build ocean-going ships. With its dense structure
and natural impregnated oils, it is extremely resistance to
moisture. Our Teak Bath Mat measures 22” W x 36” L, and is
constructed of solid teak. It’s a long-lasting alternative to soggy
cloth bath mats. We only use premium high quality densely
grained Teak cured to 10% internal moisture.
A genuine teak shower mat is a comfortable, mold- and mildew-
free place to stand. Smooth, durable teak naturally resists
harmful fungi to provide a cleaner shower environment. Slatted
mat lets water and soap run through, so there’s no slippery
residue. Use it in or out of the shower. Won’t shrink or swell over
time. With repeated use, it gradually ages to a silvery gray, or you
can keep the rich teak color with periodic application of teak oil.
Made from sustainable harvested plantation-grown teak. Our
Teak bath mats use 3/4" thick Teak cubes which are sewn
together with super thick durale nylon fishing line. These are the
highest quality Teak mats we have ever seen.
